Nathan Flanagan-Frankl is an intersectional filmmaker based in West Hollywood, CA, specializing in short-form digital and music-related content. He has won filmmaking contests that have taken him to Uganda and landed him a spot presenting at the 2014 Academy Awards. After graduating with a BFA in Film Production from Chapman University (Orange, CA), he worked with Bkstg/Fahlo (a music-tech company) to lead their video content development. He has since worked with brands (Disney, Warner Bros Discovery, Paramount Plus, Hewlett Packard, ATTN, Cornerstone On Demand, Hello Fresh) and a wide variety of artists across an array of genres.
In furthering their global footprint, Nathan has created custom content with top tier digital creators and musicians such as: Tyler Oakley, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, 5 Seconds of Summer, Usher, Martin Garrix and more. He is focused on helping artists expand their brand through innovations in social media content and creative direction, as well as new ventures into long-form narrative filmmaking. Using his passion for storytelling and unique intersectional perspectives (LGBTQ+, Korean, Adopted, Jewish) he is currently developing both TV and film projects to expand the awareness of complex diverse experiences.
In his spare time, you can find Nathan wandering through Disneyland or relaxing with his french bulldog, Ollie in his home tiki room/office, Olliki.
